Chris Wylie - Senior Investment Advisor, B. Comm., CFP.

Born and raised in the Parkland County area west of Edmonton, I started as a Financial Planner in 1994 after graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce Finance. I became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 1999. In 2010, Main Street Financial joined Manulife Securities Incorporated (a Member of IIROC) and we now offer full brokerage services.

I enjoy working with many of our business owners and families in planning their financial affairs. This includes company's employee benefits to the owner's retirement, succession and insurance planning.

 

I started in this business to help people plan their finances within a fully independent system. In other words, we do not answer to anyone but our clients and select the tools that best fit their unique situation from a variety of companies.

I was born and raised in the Parkland County area, and joined Main Street Financial in 2009. I have been working and studying since starting my new career and have successfully achieved my life license and Investment Advisor certification through the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and Manulife Securities Incorporated. I am currently working toward my Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

  • Employee enrollments, terminations, coverage changes
  • Assist with online PBI access
  • Provide Travel Insurance to group members
  • Assist with form completion and the status of life/disability claims
